Drive-Thru Donation

Thousands of area residents will arrive at the doorstep of emergency shelters this year, forced from their homes by deepening poverty. You can help our struggling neighbors rebuild their lives by joining the Day to End Homelessness campaign.

Help us collect the most needed items for a new shelter that will open in the Spring of 2014. By collecting the items below, you are helping to ensure the well-being of our most vulnerable neighbors – our brothers and sisters, moms and dads with kids – and helping us to end homelessness and rebuild lives.

Items needed:

  • baby wipes or wet wipes
  • combs & brushes
  • deodorant
  • feminine hygiene products
  • linens – twin sized – new or gently used
  • socks
  • tissues & toilet paper
  • toothbrushes & toothpaste
  • towels & washcloths – new or gently used
  • travel size soaps & shampoos

The time is now.

Collect items throughout the month of January and then bring them to the community-wide drop-off event on Saturday Feb 1, 2014 at 595 Van Buren Drive. Volunteers will be on hand from 10am – 2pm to accept your donated items with a warm thank you.
